“Very thorough with explaining pre-treatment care, their machine, what results to expect after first treatment, they’ll tell you up front it’ll take a few sessions depending on what end result you want, and post treatment care. They’re not overly aggressive - you’ll see results but not at the expense of damaging your skin. They follow up a week after treatment to make sure everything is going well and are available any time to answer questions.”
